What are the conference dates?
The official conference takes place November 2-4, 2025. Attendees have the opportunity to attend the learning labs as well on November 5, 2025.

Sunday – Opening Reception
Dress Code: Cocktail Attire or Business Fabulous
Think festive and polished — cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dressy separates, slacks with blazers, or suits. Elevated casual can include chic midi dresses, stylish tops with trousers, or coordinated sets with personality.
We’re kicking off EK with style and celebration! Dress to impress your way — polished, expressive, and totally you. It’s about looking great and feeling comfortable.
Monday – Conference Day 1
Dress Code: Business Casual / Professional Conference Attire
Blouses, button-down shirts, slacks, blazers, and modest dresses or skirts — think polished, camera-ready, and confident.
It’s a full day of learning, networking, and professional headshots. Dress in something that makes you feel like your best self — comfortable, confident, and ready to connect.
Tuesday – Conference Day 2
Dress Code: Smart Casual — Wear Your EK T-Shirt!
Style your official conference t-shirt with jeans, casual pants, or skirts — and definitely bring comfortable shoes.
It’s a day to show your EK pride! Whether you’re in sessions or touring GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium during our closing reception, stay relaxed, connected, and camera-ready for our group photo.
Wednesday – EKcursions
Dress Code: Smart Casual for Venue + Supplier Tours
Think neat and comfortable — nice jeans, casual pants or skirts, and tops appropriate for a professional setting. Comfortable walking shoes are encouraged.
It’s a relaxed wrap-up to an incredible week. Attendees will explore local venues and businesses that serve the event industry — gaining inspiration and practical ideas for future events. Dress for comfort while keeping a polished, professional edge.
Is internet available?
There will be dedicated WiFi available at EK 2025.
Whom should I contact if I have any dietary restrictions?
There is an opportunity to indicate any special dietary restrictions during the registration process.

Where can I find the hotel reservation link?
The hotel reservation link will be included in your EK registration confirmation email. Only registered attendees will receive the hotel reservation link.
